56dbt Terms and Conditions: Clear Rules for Playing with Confidence

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 56dbt, create a user account, make a deposit, or place any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their most current version. If you do not agree with any of the clauses, do not create an account or use the platform.

The 56dbt reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Whenever significant changes are made, users will be notified by email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register at 56dbt, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF;
• Not appearing on any gambling self-exclusion list;
• Not have an active or previously closed account due to a Terms violation on 56dbt;
• Acting on your own behalf, in your own name, without representing third parties.

Each user may hold only one account at 56dbt. Registration requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False information will result in immediate account cancellation.

The 56dbt does not accept registrations from residents in jurisdictions where sports betting and online casino games are prohibited by local law. It is the user's responsibility to verify the legality of using the platform in their location.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 56dbt follows identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" – KYC) in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Verification is mandatory for:

• Process the first withdrawal of any amount;
• Withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00 at any time;
• Accounts showing unusual or suspicious activity.

Documents required for verification include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 3 months, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. The review process takes up to 48 business hours after all documents have been submitted.

Unverified accounts may make deposits and place bets normally, but withdrawals are blocked until verification is complete. The 56dbt is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by the user.

4 Deposits

The 56dbt accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant, fee-free, available 24h;
• Bank slip (boleto bancário) — processing within up to 3 business days;
• Major credit and debit cards;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED bank transfer from Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Inter and others).

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional security checks. All deposited funds belong exclusively to the account holder and may not be transferred to other accounts on the platform.

The 56dbt does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as coming from a bank account or Pix key not registered in the account holder's name will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal at 56dbt is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered on the user's account, which must be in the account holder's own name. Processing time is up to 10 minutes in most cases, though it may take up to 24 hours in situations requiring additional verification.

To make the first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) must be complete. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will only be processed once KYC has been finalized. The 56dbt does not charge fees on Pix withdrawals.

The balance available for withdrawal consists only of real balance — it does not include bonus balance pending rollover. If a user requests a withdrawal with an active bonus and incomplete rollover, the pending bonus balance is cancelled and only the real balance is processed for withdrawal.

The 56dbt reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in situations where account activity shows unusual patterns, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The bonuses offered by 56dbt are subject to specific Terms and Conditions disclosed in each offer. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50x;
• The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once, on their first deposit;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts;
• The 56dbt reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or misuse;
• Bets placed with bonus balance on events with a cancelled outcome do not count toward the rollover.

The 15% weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from Monday to Sunday and credited automatically every Monday. The standard cashback is capped at R$ 300.00 per week for accounts on the standard plan. Credited cashback carries a 1x rollover for casino games and no rollover for Sports Betting.

The 56dbt may modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. Discontinued promotions do not affect bonuses already credited to active accounts.

7 Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 56dbt cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, Sul-Americana and others), MMA/UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), e-sports and all other sports available on the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Bets are final once confirmed — a registered bet cannot be cancelled;
• In the event of a cancellation or non-occurrence of an event, bets are refunded to the account's real balance;
• Accumulator bets containing one or more cancelled selections are recalculated with those cancelled selections removed;
• The 56dbt reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any event or market;
• Odds may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed — the valid odd is the one displayed at the time of confirmation.

Live betting (in-play) at 56dbt are available for major sporting events. During critical moments in a match (goals, red cards, penalties), the system may temporarily suspend markets to recalculate odds. Bets placed before the suspension are valid at the confirmed odds.

The 56dbt does not accept bets that constitute match-fixing, coordinated betting for abusive arbitrage purposes, or any practice that undermines market integrity. Accounts identified with these practices will be closed and balances may be confiscated.

8 Casino Games

The casino games at 56dbt — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman and similar) and live casino — use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent audit. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is declared and verified.

The following rules apply to casino games:

• Results determined by RNG are final and are not subject to dispute;
• Technical errors or communication failures resulting in invalid bets will be voided and the staked amount refunded;
• Jackpots and special prizes displayed on the platform are subject to verification before payment;
• The 56dbt reserves the right to temporarily suspend a game for maintenance or technical updates.

The Live Casino at 56dbt uses real physical equipment operated by human dealers in professional studios, streamed via high-definition live video. Live table results are determined by real physical events (roulette spin, dealt cards), not by software.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the 56dbt and result in the immediate closure of the account, confiscation of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses;
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity conducted through the platform;
• Manipulation of sports results or coordination with bettors in other markets (match-fixing);
• Account sharing with third parties;
• Use of third-party payment details for deposits or withdrawals;
• Any form of fraud, including improper payment chargebacks (fraudulent chargeback).

The 56dbt continuously monitors account activity to detect anomalous behavior. The platform cooperates fully with competent Brazilian authorities in investigations related to unlawful activities.

10 Account Closure

The user may close their account at 56dbt at any time by contacting support via 24h live chat or email at suporte@56dbt.com. Accounts with an available real balance and completed verification will have the amount withdrawn via Pix before permanent closure.

The 56dbt may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Identification of a user under 18;
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months with a zero balance.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, balances may be withheld for investigation. Real balances confirmed as legitimate will be returned to the account holder once the investigation is complete.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 56dbt is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or games placed on the platform — the outcome of Sports Betting and casino games is random and not guaranteed;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or third-party technical failures (internet providers, payment processors);
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence (password sharing, use of unsecured networks);
• Odds may change between the time a live bet is placed and when it is confirmed.

The maximum liability of the 56dbt for any user claim related to proven technical errors is limited to the value of the specific bet or transaction affected by the error, and does not include expected winnings or indirect consequences.

12 Responsible Gambling

The 56dbt believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional hardship. That's why the platform offers integrated responsible gambling tools accessible directly in your account settings:

• Daily and weekly deposit limits — you set the maximum amount you can deposit in each period;
• Daily and weekly loss limits;
• Temporary self-exclusion (from 1 day to 6 months);
• Permanent self-exclusion — irrevocable once confirmed;

Users who request self-exclusion have their access blocked immediately. During the self-exclusion period, 56dbt will not send promotional communications to an excluded user. 15 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute related to the use of the 56dbt shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts, with preference for the user's place of residence as permitted under consumer protection law (Consumer Defense Code — Law No. 8,078/1990).
